About Yoroshiku
Yoroshiku has grown and evolved over the past decade. Five years into its journey, a significant expansion saw the restaurant double in size and refocus its culinary style, shifting towards a blend of traditional and modern izakaya. Kobayashi and his team aim to break away from dated stereotypes of Japanese cuisine, showcasing that it is more than just sushi and teriyaki. With a focus on specialties from Hokkaido, like ramen and karaage fried chicken, Yoroshiku consistently delivers dishes prepared with heartfelt care and served with soulful dedication.
Recently celebrating their 10-year anniversary, the Yoroshiku family is grateful to their loyal customers who have supported them over the years. As they embark on their newest chapter, Yoroshiku continues to welcome patrons as a modern ramen bar offering some of the best ramen in Seattle, as well as flavor-rich Zangi (Japanese fried chicken) and a variety of delightful Izakaya-style fried foods. The Japanese phrase 'Yoroshiku' translates to 'Pleasure To Meet You', and indeed, every visit to Yoroshiku is a pleasurable meeting of culture, flavor, and exceptional dining experience in Wallingford, Seattle.
